The Well

What is discipleship all about? What does it look like to live a life for God? The Well is a discipleship experience with the mission to compel people to follow Jesus and connect people to H2O. Taking place once a semester, the Well is a vehicle that we use to help people learn to live and grow as a Disciple of Jesus by outlining 7 key aspects to a Disciple's life. The Well is all about discipleship and is the first step/prerequisite in becoming a leader at H2O church.

You’ll attend seven sessions that cover topics relevant to your life, regardless of where you find yourself on your spiritual journey. These sessions include short teachings, discussion, and space to connect with God and each other. We’ll connect you with a current H2O leader who has graduated from the Well and who commits to helping you process what you’re learning and what’s happening in your life. You’ll also be given an opportunity to make new friends as you serve on a team with H2O.

Our spring semester session for the Well has already begun, but check back in the Fall!  We'd love to have you join us then.

Leadership Training (LT)

Estes Park Leadership Training (EPLT) is an eleven-week summer discipleship program for college students.  If you want an easy, laidback summer of nothingness, do not come to Estes Park LT.  EPLT is a fast-paced, dynamic summer experience of Christian growth you will never forget!  We gather about 150 excited college students at the YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park, Colorado.

Twice a week, we have high-powered gatherings featuring some of the best speakers in our network of collegiate churches. We also divide the students into project groups of 10-14 to be families on mission for the summer. Collegiate Staff from all over the country help facilitate the program and mentor students in Christian spiritual formation and leadership training. These passionate professionals provide a great foundation for growth and guidance.
