Leadership Training (LT) is an eleven-week summer discipleship program for college students. If you want an easy, laidback summer of nothingness, do not come to LT. LT is a fast-paced, dynamic summer experience of Christian growth you will never forget! We gather about 120 excited college students in gorgeous Estes Park, Colorado near Rocky Mountain National Park.
Twice a week, we have high-powered gatherings featuring some of the best speakers in our network of collegiate churches. We also divide the students into project groups of 10-14 to be families on mission for the summer. Collegiate Staff from all over the country help facilitate the program and mentor students in Christian spiritual formation and leadership training. These passionate professionals provide a great foundation for growth and guidance.
